Skerries Mills
These unique mills date back to the 16th and 18th century. This Heritage Museum consists of two windmills and a watermill with a mill pond, mill races and wetlands showcasing wind and water energy.

Skerries is a beautiful seaside town just 2 miles from Hillview House B&B. It was an old fishing port and has 5 Islands just off its coast. Skerries is now a very popular resort town with Golf, Fishing and Sailing. There is a large variety of Pubs and Restaurants and Skerries Mills is one of the local attractions.
Ardgillian Castle
Ardgillan Castle is set on a 200 acre site and was built by the Reverend Robert Taylor in 1738. The Castle overlooks Skerries, Barnageera Beach and The Irish Sea and is a very popular park with woodlands and open grass areas. Guided tours of Ardgillian Castle are provided all year.
Lusk Village
Lusk is a beautiful little village located just 14 miles from Dublin City Centre and 1 mile from Hillview House B & B. Attractions include Lusk Heritage Centre and a traditional Thatch cottage. Also has a good selection of Pubs and Restaurants and a train service to Dublin.
